Floral Contribution (Congratulatory Flowers)

Q. イノベーションサミット宛に祝花を贈ることはできますか？

はい、可能です。
本サミットでは、会場全体の統一感および円滑な運営のため、祝花は事務局にて一括で準備いたします。
恐れ入りますが、個別での祝花手配や会場への直接配送はご遠慮ください。

Can I send congratulatory flowers to the Innovation Summit?
Yes.
To ensure a unified venue design and smooth operation, all congratulatory flowers will be arranged collectively by the Organising Secretariat.
Please note that individually arranged flowers or direct deliveries to the venue are not accepted.

Q. 祝花を希望する場合、どのように申し込めばよいですか？

祝花をご希望の方は、事務局宛にメールにてお申し込みください。
お申込み後、事務局よりお支払い方法をご案内いたします。

How can I apply for a floral contribution?
If you wish to offer a floral contribution, please apply by email to the Secretariat.
Payment details will be provided after your application.

Q. 祝花の金額はいくらですか？

祝花は 1口 50,000円（税込） とさせていただきます。

What is the cost of a floral contribution?
The floral contribution is JPY 50,000 per unit (tax included).

Q. どのようなお花が用意されますか？

会場装飾およびサミットのコンセプトに合わせ、
花の種類・デザイン・配置は事務局に一任とさせていただきます。
個別の指定（色・花材等）はお受けできませんので、ご了承ください。

What kind of flowers will be prepared?
The type, design, and placement of the flowers will be determined by the Secretariat in accordance with the venue design and the concept of the Summit.
Individual requests regarding flower types or colours cannot be accommodated.

Q. 祝花名義はどのように掲示されますか？

お申込み時にお知らせいただいたお名前（企業名・個人名）をもとに、
祝花一覧として会場内に掲示いたします。
掲示方法・掲載順は事務局にご一任ください。

How will my name be displayed?
The name provided (company or individual) will be listed collectively as part of the floral contributors display at the venue.
The format and order of listing will be at the discretion of the Secretariat.

Q. 領収書は発行されますか？

はい、祝花代として領収書を発行いたします。
宛名・但し書きについては、お申込み時にあわせてお知らせください。

Will a receipt be issued?
Yes. A receipt for the floral contribution fee will be issued.
Please inform the Secretariat of the required recipient name and details when applying.

Q. キャンセル・返金は可能ですか？

祝花準備の都合上、お申込み後のキャンセル・返金は原則としてお受けできません。

Is cancellation or refund possible?
Due to preparation arrangements, cancellation or refunds are not available once the application has been confirmed.
