How to Register

Cancellation Policy
Paid tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.
This includes personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, weather-related problems, and any other reason.
Free ticket holders may cancel their registration via Peatix.
Tickets are non-transferable and must be registered under the attendee’s own name.
If you believe you have made an accidental duplicate registration, please contact the Secretariat.
