1. はじめに / Introduction

The 1st Japan IRD Innovation Summit（2026年2月12日、日本科学未来館）では、
患者・ご家族、医療従事者、研究者、企業、行政関係者が一堂に会し、
遺伝性網膜疾患（IRD）に関する医療・研究・社会連携を深める場をつくります。

本サミットの円滑な運営のため、
事前サポート（A）／ 当日サポート（B）／ 特殊スキル支援（C） の
ボランティアの皆さまを募集いたします。

The 1st Japan IRD Innovation Summit, to be held on February 12, 2026 at Miraikan in Tokyo, will bring together patients and families, clinicians, researchers, industry partners, and policymakers to strengthen collaboration in inherited retinal diseases (IRD).

We are recruiting volunteers for pre-event support (A), on-site support (B),
and specialized skills support (C) to help ensure smooth operations.

2. 募集区分 / Volunteer Categories

A. 事前サポート（Pre-Event Support — On-site Only）

​

A-1：事務局での準備サポート（Secretariat Support）

事務局での軽微な準備作業を行います。

内容例：

• 名札・配布物・封入物の準備

• ボランティア資料の整理

• 備品の仕分け

• 印刷物のセット作業
  （※重い荷物の運搬はありません）

Supporting light administrative and preparation tasks at the secretariat.

Examples:

• Preparing name badges and handouts

• Organizing volunteer materials

• Sorting supplies

• Assembling printed documents
  (No heavy lifting required)

A-2：会場での準備サポート（Venue Preparation Support）

当日朝に会場での準備を行います。

内容例：

• 会場レイアウト整備

• 配布物のセット

• 受付導線の確認

• 案内サインの設置

• 備品配置の補助

Light venue preparation tasks on the morning of the event.

Examples:

• Arranging room layout

• Organizing materials

• Checking registration flow

• Setting up signage

• Preparing supplies

サミット当日の運営を支えるメイン活動です。

内容例：

• 受付・チェックイン

• 会場案内・誘導

• 小グループセッション補助

• 海外参加者サポート（英語など）

• 配布物管理

• 患者・ご家族対応

• 会場内での一般サポート

Main operational support on the event day.

Examples:

• Registration and check-in

• Guiding attendees

• Supporting small-group sessions

• Assisting international participants

• Managing handouts

• Supporting patients and families

• General venue assistance

C. 特殊スキルを活かしたサポート

(Specialized Skills Support)

専門スキルをお持ちの方には、以下の領域での支援をお願いする場合があります。

歓迎スキル例：

• 通訳・語学サポート（英語／多言語）

• 医療・科学コミュニケーション

• 写真・動画撮影、編集

• IT・機材サポート

• アクセシビリティ支援

• イベント運営経験

 

Volunteers with specialized skills may support specific tasks.

Examples:

• Interpreting / language assistance

• Medical or scientific communication

• Photography / videography

• IT or AV technical support

• Accessibility assistance

• Event operations experience

• A-1（事務局） ：2月上旬〜前日で個別調整

• A-2（会場準備）：2月11日（水）午後 or 2月12日（木）朝
